Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Treatment is usually accomplished the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan may require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.
Step I – Schedule Appointment & Provide Insurance
When you schedule your appointment provide us with your dental insurance information and we will verify your coverage. We will then be able to give you your estimated copay (out of pocket cost) prior to your appointment.

Step III – Arrive Prepared
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your appointment:
- The referral card from your Dentist (if you have one)
- A list of medications you are currently taking
- Dental Insurance Card
